SUBMISSION

Submit your proposal

Your proposal must be received on or before December 1st, 2017 via post. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Please ensure the appropriate section(s) are signed by the authorized individuals.

Please mail the completed proposal package to the following address:

Documents submitted by mail must be received on or before December 1st, 2017 and must clearly identify the organization’s or Group’s name.

Notice to Applicants

The information collected in your proposal will be used for the purpose of assessing the merits of your proposal. As part of the assessment process, the information will be shared with review committee members.

Proactive Disclosure

The Government of Canada proactively discloses the awarding of grants and contributions over $25,000. When funding is approved, the amount of funding, the purpose for which the funds were granted and the name of the organization receiving the funding are considered public information. Information on grants and contributions awarded will be posted on IRSAS’s website.

Access to Information

The information provided in the proposal and progress reports may be accessible under the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act. It is important to note that personal information is protected under the Privacy Act and would not be disclosed. The designation PROTECTED (when completed) ensures that this information receives enhanced protection.

The proposal is also subject to the Access to Information Act provides every person with the right to access information under the control of the department, subject to a limited set of exemptions. Instructions for obtaining access to this information are outlined in the government publication entitled Access to information in the federal government, which is available at Canada.ca.
