The Indian Residential Schools Adjudication Secretariat (IRSAS) has posted a Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) for the Independent Assessment Process (IAP) Stakeholder Engagement Project – Information, Awareness, Healing and Reconciliation (Outreach Services). Aboriginal organizations that are interested in reviewing the RFSO can access it on the Buyandsell.gc.ca. The instructions to submit a proposal can be found within this link.
Once the solicitation for bids is concluded, it is the responsibility of Aboriginal affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC) to notify all those who submit proposals.
Once you submit an offer, if it is accepted, a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) will be issued – in this way the SOA will be your notification of a successful bid.
If, on the other hand, the submission does not meet the requirements as stated in the RFSO, a regret letter will be sent.
If your organization chooses not to submit anything under the solicitation, no further correspondence regarding the RFSO will be sent to your organization.
To ensure the integrity of the competitive bid process, enquiries and other communications regarding the RFSO, from the issue date of the solicitation up to the closing date and time, are to be directed only to Celine Viner by facsimile at 819-953-7830, or by e-mail at email@example.com. Enquiries and other communications are not to be directed to any other government official(s).
