CAD-4-R1: Response to Statements of Alleged Perpetrator
Currently a named Alleged Perpetrator may provide a statement two weeks prior to the claimant’s hearing. The two week period is often insufficient to allow claimant’s counsel to respond with a witness statement prior to the hearing. Henceforth, any witness statements which respond to a statement of an alleged perpetrator will be accepted if they are submitted at least two weeks in advance of the hearing for the alleged perpetrator.
