Notices to Counsel | Changes to Legal Fee Ruling fillable forms/ Special Directions Clauses

A revised fillable form for legal fee rulings is now available on the IAP Website.

The revised form includes a prominent Notice to Claimant containing a plain-language explanation of the claimant's rights and what to do in case of problems. As well, the Special Directions clauses have been updated to reflect the Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench decision on form fillers and to clarify wording. The Court Monitor and Independent Special Advisor support the revised wording. A sample version of a fee ruling showing these clauses is also available on the website.
